Delivery and Returns
ORDER AND SHIPPING
MISHKA jewellery pieces are produced in small quantities. Pieces like rings and bracelets are made-to-order and take 3 to 5 days to produce. Before ordering rings, please use our ring size chart to order the right size. If you are unsure about your size, you can always contact us.
MISHKA ships worldwide.
We ship your order within 3-7 business days excluding production date. When your order is ready, you will get an email from us with your tracking number. Delivery time depends on the destination.
Shipping within Turkey is free of charge.
For international orders, shipping charges are calculated at the end of the checkout process and charged to you when you finalize your purchase.
If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased please contact us within 14 days from the date on which your order was received.
MISHKA products must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with all protective materials in place, as well as with the MISHKA box and original delivery packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Also, the return will not be accepted and refund will not be made if:
(I) the product that you are returning is not packaged in original box and packaging;
(II) the product that you are returning shows any signs of wear or use; or
(III) the product that you are returning has been altered in any way from its original condition.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalised (e.g. altered) items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. An exception can be made for items deemed faulty that cannot be fixed or replaced
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
